I've taken a look at Louis LaPointe's writings around the Net. He may be on to something, but his mind seems to wander in and out of the same idea over and over like he can't quite convince himself let alone you, and he's looking for the magic paragraph that will nail it. Take a look at this "Confidential" "Patent Only" document. Eeek!

Some of what he claims as his "new recent improvement" with a "perforated straw" sound an awful lot like common bleed holes in a needle-jet set up.
