I've often considered placing a shark fin on top of my car. I heard it helps the aerodynamic stabilization of the vehicle at high speeds...just like the fin on a surfboard.

Thanks for the links and info re: SMART cars, everyone! I guess I was mistaken.
So the Brazilian is more cute, whereas the German more stylish... no surprises there, but which would you rather spend a little fun time with shooting around town?!? Yeah, me too... the spunky Brazilian!!

The SMART was engineered with resources that other mini car manufacturers can only dream of. SMART had the full Mercedes resources available (and still screwed a few things up), so overall it is a much better engineered product. I would not want to be in an accident with the Brazilian mini car...
