Thanks for the tip, I will look at that when the intake comes off this week or next week.
The intake does not need to come off to put the plug back together, just the fuel rail cover.

Dave,

Great results. Quick question, how does one go about setting up the rising rate FPR for max HP? I will be installing mine when I do the manifold refinish.
Thanks,
Glen

Thanks for the dyno charts Dave. But.........
Testing was done on my stock 90 GT, 106k miles with only an RMB, no adjustable fuel pressure regulators, no tuning, absolutely no changes at all.

I thought that was Jeanie's Gt! How you gonna get outa this one?

If does if you are planning on putting a different one on it :-)

That is probably a topic for another thread, but feel free to call me and I will step you thru it. It can be done on a dyno, or done on the street with something as simple as a good digital volt meter.

Hey Dave,
Nice gains. Is it possible for you to include an additional O2 sensor bung?
Thanks,
D

Dave, quick question: How loud with/without cats? (I have a RMB also). I may just be ordering soon!

Edit: Do you just remove the 02 sensor with this setup then?

Yes, all production units will have one on each down pipe.

Sharkbait,

>Dave, quick question: How loud with/without cats? (I have a RMB also). I may just be ordering soon!

I am very happy with the sound with Cats, without cats it is too loud for me personally with GT exhaust and RMB. As always sound level "tolerance" is in the ear of the beholder.

However, due to my unique modular design you can always easily add the cats later if you find it is too loud for you.

>Edit: Do you just remove the 02 sensor with this setup then?

No, you still run an O2 sensor

Dave,
It would be great if you could try the non-cat setup with the stock muffler.

I can say with 100% certainty that the pre-order list just grew by at least one today, too.
