Looks fishy...NO mention in the ebay ad that it is a "CD" - shows pics of the actual manuals! NO WAY to ship the ACTUAL manuals for $4!!!! (much less for $40!!!)
I sent him a question thru ebay about this, and will post whatever his answer is...

SOMETHING AIN'T RIGHT!! Here is the seller's response to my asking if it was for a CD or for the actual manuals...
"I only have the cd rom in stock at this time- its $45 including shipping if your interested"

He's creating bootleg WSM from a CD (the WSM pic is just bait). His cost would certainly be under $129 which would offset the $4. shipping for a 50lb. box......
