Default Porsche 928 Strosek MonoBloc wheels

Cool wheels,

Strosek MonoBloc wheels

To bad the auction is for only two of these rare wheels. Matching the other two wheels would be a treasue hunt indeed. Anyone out there have an extra pair of 928 Strosek MonoBloc wheels that they just happen to have sitting around.

From the auction:
Required spare if you currently have STROSEK MonoBloc wheels on your Porsche or great for a track car or rear snow wheels.

Snow wheels, eh?

Those look really cool on the 928. There was a black with silver trim
S-4 with those polished wheels last year at the Rodeo Concourse in BH. I parked mine right next to it. I took a photo of the two together, but I seem to have misplaced it or it was removed from memory chip

What I don't understand is the general unpopularity of phone dials in contrast with the fascination in these, with the difference being only size. I happened to like phone dials, and I'm jealous on their behalf when I see everyone drooling over the strosek ones

With only the two, you'd have the option of a totally different look on the other side of the car

I've said many times that I love phone dials... but I wanted the lower profile 17's more than I wanted the dials. Oh well.

I love the dials too, but they are usually narrow, and 15 or 16"...

If they had a set of 4 of these, they would sell like hotcakes.

Although if you really want 18" or 19" phone dials for the 928,
these guys said they could run a custom order with the proper offset and bolt pattern.
It won't be cheap though...
