RE: Radar detector:

HUBER OPTIC. Ceramic, supposedly better then the metalic. Doesn't hurt Radar detector performance. MOre expensive, but more effective for UV, heat, etc.

Brian

West Calgary or Edmonton?

The Ziebart that did mine was Calgary SE. Once they were done they were pretty pleased to show me the job they had done.

Give me a shout when your in town. I was playing with the clutch adjusters tonight and I think I have the plates spaced OK. The battery charger is on tonight, Insurance tomorrow and hopefully the BWAH will be back.

H . . . My digital camera is packed away until 7/1. Let me tell you how great it looks. WOW! Limo tint on the back & sides, 15% on the doors. Now I don't need to use the rear a/c to cool the car off. As soon as my camera is paroled, I'll post pics.

Rear quarter windows can't be tinted. I had mine done at a shop last year . . . . you mean to tell me they lied about it and I only THINK I see tinting on my windows? Why, I ought to go back to that shop and ask for my money back. They cheated me.

hey nee.dragger - looks great!

My car looks identical (the same colour with the same wheels) - what percentage are the side windows, rear quarters and rear window?

I live in South Carolina, and I believe the legal limit is 33%. So, it is tinted to that limit. They were, I believe 7% from the factory, and then the additional 25%.

I didn't want to roll up the windows because it is so flippin' hot here. But the tint job came out nice.
