Default New Product - Our Front Adjustable Swaybar Drop Links

I went a different way than other adjustable drop links that are available with these... we worked towards a lighter finished weight so as to reduce the unsprung weight for the racers.

Our finished drop link comes in just about the same weight as the factory non-adjustable drop link.

We include :

1 Pair Lightweight adjustable drop links
New Metric 8.8 Bolts and Nylock nuts
Stainless Steel spacers

The Benefits: Adjustable drop links let you remove any pre-load you might have on your sway bar now that can be causing a "stagger" that you do not want in a road-racer. They also eliminate the rubber insulators that are found on the stock sway bar drop links - those rubber cushions allow the car to lean as much as a 1/2" or more before the sway bar begins to react! Faster suspension response to cornering loads is the result.

The Drop Links: Our drop links are not made from industrial rod ends, but actually design-built for automotive racing. The rod ends are spherical alloy steel within steel housings with Heavy-Duty thread bosses. The turnbuckle is aircraft-grade aluminum alloy.

The Hardware: The bolts provided are new 12mm metric grade 8.8 hardware, with Nylock vibration-resistant locknuts. The spacers provided are T-304 Stainless steel. Top quality everywhere.

Not on our website yet - will be in the next day or two.

What is the maxuimum extended length? I like these, Carl! Hey, I don't see any lock nuts on the turnbuckle. What prevents the turnbuckle from adjusting itself when you don't want it to?

The jam nut is provided. You only need one. It is not in the picture.

The minimum length is 5.25", and could go a little smaller still if you remove the jamnut. The maximum extended length is 7.0" while still maintaining a good inserted section on each end for strenghth.

That means the adjustment span is 1.75"

FYI - The OEM droplink is about 5.5" OC
