Default Found this at a Colorado Car Wash

I was Skiing at Beaver Creek, CO. last week and decided to use a manual car wash in Avon. Here's a pic from the coin console. Notice the car. Cool.

Somebody posted a similar poster a while back.
I have searched high and low (EXTENSIVE google-ing of sign companies and car wash suppliers) and NOT been able to find one!

Hey that is pretty cool! I used to live in Avon, but never noticed that; of course, I didn't have a car at the time, let alone a 928! Based on my cycling experience out there, it would be a great place for a 928, with plenty of lightly used twisties snaking around the mountains, and the opportunity for flat-out running heading west on 6 (iirc).

True story:

Needed a parts car bad and had driven to Michigan to get the just-right donor. (Hi, Jim!) It was barn fresh and really dirty. I wanted to wash it while on the trailer which my son thought was ridiculous on several counts. We stopped somewhere in MI to do it and that sign was in the bay. This was taken a "a sign" and ended any doubt as to the wisdom of our endeavor.

Apparently they are fairly common... this was a block or so away from the old Devek location, and Tony knows of a similar one in Vegas:

Seems that is the car wash on Highway 6 right by where it passes underneath I70? How was the snow?

Yep, that's the one.

Snow was great, had a few inches of new on Saturday (a week ago) and then it was sunny and 45 degrees the rest of the time we were there. perfect spring skiing.

I like the modified hood & the Chevy 350 in the "Foaming Tire & Engine Cleaner" diagram.
