I ended up ordering this run from the old shop. Other shops wanted me to buy a whole sheet of SS, no matter how many widgets I made.

To get them out the door faster (ie. no new programming), I didn't have them change to the new clamp rings as I wanted to. It was only a cosmetic improvement.

Anyway, they should be ready Thursday!

I timed my cams last week and it was EASY! I also found out that my cams were retarded 4 degrees (driver) and 6 (!) degrees (pass.)! I changed them both to two degrees retarded for some mid-high HP.

I bought a wimpy sheet metal bender from Harbor Freight for the diffusers...

I'm going to hand make the headlight brackets from aluminum, since there's only going to be 2 maybe three pairs to make.

So... I think I gave you my new address... Does this mean I can expect a 16V setup from you soon?

All that have been purchased so far have been shipped. Thanks!

I'm going to put some on eBay, to see if I can unload the remaining stock.
...

Dave - I also sent your 16V kit, but one hub is still 'backordered'...
...

I have parts for (3) 16V kits left, so I'm going to machine used hubs for those, and sell them for $124.

Ken, if you have any left, put me down for a set for the 32V!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Question: Would it not be easer to do all this if one were to remove the spark plugs before starting this operation?

Even loosening the spark plugs helps; I should add that to the manual.

I have about (15) 32V indicator kits left, and (3) 16V conversion indicators.

Once these are gone, I can order singles for about $200 a kit.

I think I've shipped all outstanding paid orders/replacements (I have only to stand in line at the post office for one 16V kit going to OZ).

I may have lost some email when I rebuilt my system recently, so it's remotely possible that I've missed one. Please email me if you've paid, and have not received anything!

Any 32V kits left? If so what's the cost?

Thanks

Could it be time for another batch to be made?
