Key Fob Change
Back in town and finally received my new key fob (original Porsche).
But, I have no clue how to take the old key out of the old, broken fob and put it in the new one. I only get as far as to open it in half, like when to change the battery.
Any one any idea how to get the old key in a new fob?
Thanks a lot!

Look on the sides. On one side you will see a plastic wedge that locks it onto the shaft, Careful there is a spring and little ball on the end of the peg, as I recall. So, don't do this outside over the grass.

Key Fob Change
Hi Stephan,
Just changed mine recently. After you open up the fob you will see 2 small plastic wedge-like pieces holding the key in place. Simply remove the 2 pieces starting with the one furthest away from the key and the key should fall right out.
Ther is no need to take the new fob apart as the key "snaps" right into the new fob. Be sure that the notched side of the key is oriented to the side of the wedges in the new fob.
Hope this is clear and helpful.
