OK, back at work this morning. Looks like maybe 15 cars or so will be interested. Taht amount is worth the effort to pull this off. We will take this info to the Hotel this week. I'm leaning towards June 17-19, a little better weather and just before the summer crowds. The roads will also be more or less sand free by then. Thanks for all the responses and If you want to attend keep posting. Thanks for the offers of donations and help, I will probably take you up on it. I will keep everyone informed.

 

The dates look good. Randi and I should be able to make it. You can count us in Suggestions as to where to stay

Do you want me to get the word out to the Norcal mailist? I think there could be a lot more if I do so.

 

We will try to get all of the information to folks later this week as far as the Host Hotel, etc. If we can't get a decent price out of them, we will recommend others.

There are also several nice hotels here in Carson City that are reasonably priced. Just a 30 min drive from the lake.
