Another little known 928 sighting in a movie.

"What About Bob?"

Around the time Bob is arriving on the bus to where the Doctor is vacationing there's a white S in front of the general store between two Jeeps I think.

Pretty funny movie too.

Remember seeing parked 928 in '80s thriller Bad Influence with James Spader and Rob Lowe.

Also if I remember correctly there was a shark (S4 maybe) in the final scene of Failure to Launch, a chick flick whose sole redemption was the 928 I kept rewinding and pausing to look at. My wife was getting really pissed--my ex-wife, that is.

 

There is a "Remington Steel" episode that features a 928S IIRC its made was in '86, also features a car chase sequence w/ the shark.

 

I remember seeing a 928 in the movie Parent Trap during a street sceene when they were in London. I tried to find it on youtube but was unable to. I believe it was a silver OB or maybe S

 

Any anime watchers out there, Misato has a sketching of a 928 on the wall in her room in Neon Genesis Evangelion, episode 21 I think.

You must have a good eye, I couldn't find a 928 in Parent Trap, but I did find a 911.

 

That looks like a euro 67 911.

 

I'm going to have to watch it again and see if maybe my eyes played a trick on me. You know... for science ( I secretly like the movie haha)

 

Correction: it wasn't Failure to Launch, it was How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days.
