Default what was my PO thinking??

I here stories all the time about what the PO did to such and such, after taking a couple of these apart I truly understand..
a couple recent notables:
I can understand the vice grips for a quick "get me home outta the rain" deal, but for the life of me I can't get how someone could think it was easier to cut the door and screw in a 2x than just fix the dang window

Nice. They didn't even use cedar.

Sorry Rixter, I wanted to use pressure treated, but they were all out of it at the Super WalMart so I had to use a plain 2x4 instead.

Looks like it did the job, and you get a free pair of vice grips out of the deal.

mr woodworker should have used the money he spent on this POS alarm to fix the gas leak prior to his weissach catching fire..
this lovely contraption took me 1 minute to remove
10 seconds to locate and rip out the brain (large box on left)
45 seconds to go to tool box and get snips and 5 secs to cut sensor (sm box)

Maybe you can hook that alarm up to the bed in your guest bedroom as a prank on your next guests. Use a klaxon horn.

Either a kill switch, extra lights or both. The one on the right looks just like the switch I found for the extra set of driving lights screwed to the bottom of my bumper.

Well On my 455 GTO the switch on the left was for the windshield washer bottle full of bleach with companion lines that ran in front of each wheel well, so that I could make a nice little puddle, roll a half of a tire diameter forward and then set the line lock.

The little switch was for the right fron headlight, because the State Highway Patrol knew the car they were chasing had both headlioghts and they did not expect that I could disapear out of their line of sight , pull a nice bootleg and come right back at them being Mr. Citizen. 'Cept for the light.

Yes I am serious.

Ken
