Jim, I tried to get my father to check it out while he's in that area today, but no luck. Sorry.

Jim,

I live 20 miles SW of Philly. What do you need?

Jim Morehouse who has done so much for the 928 community has generously offered to help Mark with this transaction. He lives about 1 hour away and has a Son and Grandchild in Philly. This is such a great group of people, Thanks

Wow, that's one way to pickup a 5-speed transmission. But, one more 928 bites the dust.

I doubt it. It's too expensive for a parts car.

Borland , this one would not be taken apart. Way too much for a parts car ! Thanks Earl , Mark will phone you.

Thanks for the clarification Jim - the comment "one way to get a 5-speed" caused me to jump to conclusions.

Sorry! That still leaves open that the car could be converted to an automatic.

That might not be so bad, cause as someone pointed out before, "why would someone order a 5-speed without the GT performance options".

Even if you have to do so, never admit this publically, to sad, and I'll have to put ya in my BB boycott.

That looks like a nice ride.
