Default Santa came early! Pics of new shoes!

I had polished 16" dish wheels with 225/50 16 tires on all 4 corners.

I now have these 17" Cup style wheels that I got for a great price with very new tires from ErnstSW. 205/50 on the front and 275/40 17 on the back. Really fills up the wheel wells!

I'll post more pics when I have a chance to take more pics. Thanks again Ernie!

It has now! Just haven't taken any pics of it yet. I have the camera with me today, so maybe at lunch... stay tuned.

One thing I noticed this AM on the way in to work is how smooth the car felt and how handeling has improved. I definately need to drive it a bit more before I can make my full determination.

Andrew, Looks good. I also like the no side moulding look and the clean rocker panels. Anyone know if one can remove the lower rocker stuff on an 87 s4 and have that look underneath?
Don't mean to hijack your thread.

Your wheel wells are far too clean - this reflects poorly on the rest of us: conformity requires brake dust and road tar ....

Wheels look great!

Those wheels look great on your car. What are your plans for the old dish wheels? PM me if you don't want to post your plans. I agree with Garth, the fender wells are way to clean. Thanks.

That car screams GTS mirrors.
No side moldings and the soft curves of the GTS mirrors is the best combo IMHO.

Looks nice!

I agree not even tar. How the F did you get that off? I've been cleaning up mine for a while. It looks good but nowhere near that clean? What did you use a dental pick? What's the secret?

How many miles on that shark?

Just to make the rest of you guys feel better here is a pic of his engine

Clean, but 1 blemish, so powercoat it.

RedUFO

That's an old pic. Here's something more recent!

And Tony... I agree. I want Aero mirrors, but I hear that when you take off the base, it requires repainting... Is that true?
