Faulty radiator.....how do I get oil out of the cooling sys?
88S4 with bad radiator.....very bad contamination of Oil (with coolant) and Coolant (with oil).
I have replaced the Radiator tanks and changed oil 3 times.....seems to run without getting any more coolant into oil BUT have also changed coolant (water) 4 times and continue to get oil in the water.
Any idea how long I should expect to get oil in the coolant?
Could I have another source of Oil into water......ie maybe I have not solved the problem??????? or should I just keep going with coolant flushing????
Anybody BTDT have an idea of what I need to do to clear all oil from cooling system?

Automotive suppliers have grease-cutting radiator flush solutions, or you could use liquid dishwasher soap. Don't use powder, because it has grit in it. Why dishwasher soap? It cuts the grease and is non-foaming. Either way, rinse thoroughly. Also, it's possible that you are still getting water in the oil, but not noticing because it evaporates before it can emulsify.

In a pinch, the readily available citrus based degreasers [Orange Blaster, etc.] added to a fresh water charge - and run for a few munutes, should mop up (emulsify, actually) any residual oil: The type used to degrease a warm engine, etc by spray-on, rinse with a hose ... Then, stuff a hose at full tilt and sealed with a rag into the pump inlet and let flush on a running engine: never let the engine get more than warm - and flush lots: the stuff is biodegradable, and the orange smell is just fine.
Perhaps best is to do the rad first - and seperately: open both hoses, fill and soak with the cleaner - then flush. Also seperately do the expansion tank: By doing these two first, you may not have to touch the engine.

As others have suggested.....first find out whether oil is still getting in the coolant or not.
Once that is done, I would suggest a round of clean water with a tablespoon or 2 of dish washing detergent......the stuff used in automatic dish washers, not dish soap! This stuff is non sudsing and will scour out the cooling system better than you can imagine. Follow up with a thorough rinse and you will be good to go. Did this on a previous '89 and it worked great.
