When dealing with confrontation out in the street - we tend to take the person who is screaming and yelling obsenities and put them in the back of the closest cruiser to tell their story...
Wonder why?
The ability to control oneself while telling the truth is a normal human function.
The lack of such control normally express's fabrication and denial of reality...

You have gained nothing and only alienated people from what ever cause you intend to prove.

Breath in grasshoper.....

let's just say that it's very rare to see an aftermarket kit of any kind fit like a glove on every variation of vehicle.

and the more common the product, the higher the chance aftermarket stuff will fit and be at a lower price - due to volume and competition.

the 928 is a niche product. do the math. finding anything that is even close is a miracle 1/2 the time. I've had to fabricate for every after market part I've installed on my 928 from carl, 928 sp, devek and others.

just the way it is with a niche car and very few competeting vendors/products. but it usually beats doing it from scratch, so I'm fairly happy most of the time.

ya want near perfect fits w/inexpensive pricing - get a honda or mustang.

In My Opinion - if ya got a beef w/someone - starting out by being rational and specific is your best recourse. all the 928 folks I have purchased from have been fairly eager to help me out when we had issues w/their stuff. some were faster than others, but all eventually helped out.

if they don't and you think you have a case - go to court.

either way - name calling and harassing won't get you any results, so don't waste your time or ours.

Have you tested the bearing to see if it has been modified as Carl said he does to the bearings. Or are you just going by the number/ID stamped on the bearing shield.
Just wondering.

Carl has already said you just need to send back the bad impeller for him to check to see if it's covered under warranty. Just like any other retailer would. If you sent it in and he didn't take care of you then you'd be able to bitch. However expecting ANy retailer to replace product with pictures and no return is just retarded.

Try taking pictures of you bad alternator to AutoZone and ask for a replacement with out returning the actual item. Quit being a tard and just send Carl the impeller. Then if he mistreats come bitching, until then quit being a little bitch.

Aren't you the guy who dropped his blower and demanded a refund while refusing to send it back, as per the warranty agreement, so the vendor could see if the part was really bad...or dropped by an idiot?

Proof of Carl's products are in the the dyno.
Last year cranked out 405 HP on the using Carl's Powerdyne & impeller. This year maybe 430. I can prove it by posting my dyno sheet!

Since you are a bearing "expert", just have to ask ... why did you not contact Carl and ask about the bearing in question before installation?

Why will you not send the impeller back under warranty review?

IIRC the KBC number was on your eBay slam page.

What year 928 do you have?

It sucks that the e-bay auction has been pulled. I wanted to buy it. Might be as close to having a supercharger on my car, even if it is just the impeller mounted on the oil fill cap.

I wish I had saved the pic of the broken impeller. As I remember it, it was a great close up of the inner part of the turbine, but didn't show the end of the same fin. My guess is there was also damage to the outer end of it that will clearly show that it was damaged (dropped or machined or something). If he's so paranoid that Carl will do something to it after he gets it back, the pics of the whole thing should be enough to prove his case in court if it got to that.

Does anyone else think maybe this guy and his engineer buddies were trying to re-engineer the design and can't figure out how? He keeps asking for specifics of the design and even says that Carl can't touch him because he's in Canada.

If he thought it was a bad design he should have sent it back for a refund immediately. If he thought it was a good design initially and installed it then he should STFU and comply with the manufacturer's return policy.

Somebody show this clown the door please.
