"Is it possible that the Temp II sensor plug became loose in disassembly for the TB check?"

Temp 2 sensor is plugged in correctly ,it is new, checked for resistance at both the brain plugs.

"That belt is a tad close to the front ...."

Is it a bad sign?

"Rebuild LHs make great Christmas presents."

I have the adapter plug 911.612.422.00 plugged in correctly.
What is the small adjustment given outside the MAF near the Connector?

I still have my fans running full speed whenever i switch the ignition key ON.
My A/C switch is OFF
I have checked the intake temp sender, Radiator temp sender for resistance at the Fan control Box beside the seat, all OK.
Hood switch works OK.

The good news is your fans are running. Other than being noisy, there isn't much problem with this. If they didn't run, you'd be in big trouble.

There are two modules in the loop for the cooling fans; control unit fresh air regulation and final stage.

You may have a problem with signals going to the modules so they thinks that a condition exists where the engine is hot or A/C is turned on so full fan speed is required. The trouble shooting guide shows that if the fans run all the time (even when ignition is off) the final stage transistors are bad. I would guess a failure mode would also be no fan speed regulation.

For now, I would focus on getting the engine running proper and then going after this not so bad problem.

I do not have access to a fuel pressure guage immediately ,so will an oil pressure guage work?

My injectors were recently cleaned and given an "Ultrasonic Bath" on a Injector cleaning station.

Maybe i should Rebuild my LH, as Rich suggested.I am only worried about my country's import duty on my ECU.Anything which looks Electronic attracts HUGE amount (150%) Duty.

Eventhough it is the same ECU wich was imported with the car by paying Duty,
When i get it back i have to pay that Duty.So i am trying to workout something with the concerning authority.

It is 11'o'clock in the night here so i will post further tomorrow.

Heinrich, what are we supposed to look at? This isn't a link for a 928.

A gauge with proper pressure range should work.

If the fuel injectors have been checked out, the eliminates that possibility.

A quick test for the fuel pressure regulator. Unplug the vacuum line. If fuel is leaking, the diaphram in the pressure regulator is punctured and the regulator requires replacement.

Regarding LH module export and import. Have you checked out a Carnet? It may be a hassle to get one. Shipping must be coordinated so a customs agent can stamp the Carnet at export point and import point. The purpose of the document is to PROVE that an exported item is reimported and should not be subject to import duties. It is an international document that most countries honour.

Rich it's a page that contains the VW MAF, aka Air Volume Meter ..... pretty interesting to see the diagrams and airbox VW built around the Bosch MAF. Maye useful to us for mod parts also.

I have checked out the fuel pressure regulator as suggested by Rich.

It does not smell of fuel so i think it is OK.

Next i removed the connector to the MAF and it ran worse so it means that the MAF is working , it still might not be giving the correct readings to the brain.

To Rich :

I spoke to my Import agent and he says if i re-import my ECU it has to come in with a few documents from your side.
I will email you the details.
