83 US no sunroof zinc metallic 5 spd, start of education on PM costs.

84 Euro S AT bought as a non starter, old alarm issues, got it sort of running, parting out six years and counting.

85 Euro S black sunroof, 200k miles, timing belt fail, bought with engine already sold, planned on parting especially the 5 spd. When it rolled off the trailer it "didn't seem that bad", driven hard, but not put away wet. Engine from the 84 Euro went into it, passed smog and has been licensed and insured along with the US 83 since.

Splitting money and time between three project cars, absolutely nuts.

3 928's '86.5 (owned since late '87) '81 (owned 11 year) and another '86.5 (2 years) Also 3 944's '90 cab, '87 auto, and '84 5spd. Thinking of selling a few of them (but I ask too much, lol)

Only one, but enjoy it so much there would be at least two if I had the storage space and I might keep going after that. First make and model I've owned where I'd even contemplate this. But a two car garage and a beloved dog who can't leap into the back of a 928 and feel comfortable there.

Have had 4 over time.... first was a 84 5sp...then the 87 S4...those overlapped for about 5 months...sold the 84... Then got the 89GT....which overlapped with the 87S4 for about a year or so....
Then picked up the 82....

The 82 is a dedicated track car....89 GT is a driver

I have three Strosek wide body cars. Well, the red one officially belongs to the wife. It is soon thirty years since I acquired the first one and I still keep it. Strosek Version II -85, Strosek Version III -87 and Strosek Ultra -91.

Do not think so, the Strosek Version I is no good looking, not made wider at the rear. I do not think Strosek has made any convertible inspite I know there are a couple of them around in Germany. Do not you know we have a cold climate up here in the north? That is why the Volvo is famous for its good heating system.

To my knowledge, Jurinek was doing the convertible conversion, and then Strosek added the body kit.

A GT Cup with a Strosek body kit was also made. It was for sale years ago.

Not naming any names, but some people have additional 928s stashed in storage units, friend's garages, etc. Often not to draw the attention of their spouse, etc.

Maybe an interesting thread would be "how many have a 928 stashed somewhere that your wife doesn't know about?"
