Yes, I noticed that - hence my request for him to contact off list. I think he wants the USD price because it's the cheapest one I offer ! :-)

Will what work? The link doesn't show a relevant part. You need to search for the correct Bosch part. Look at message #9 in this thread. Autopartoo seems rather useless.
Where are you located? Do you have your old MAF? It's cheaper to have it rebuilt either by John Speake in the UK (see his posts above) or from his agent in the US, Louis Ott of Ott Performance. They will do a cross-ship so you are not down.
