Three Wheelin'
Retired U.S. Coast Guard Lieutenant with 23 years... 1st half enlisted to Chief (E-7) running Search & Rescue (SAR), Drug Enforcement/Patrols, Aids to Navigation, Fishery Patrols & SAR in the Bering Sea (Watch Deadliest Catch) and the second half Commissioned Officer specializing in Marine Safety, Port Security & Waterways Safety, Vessel Inspections (from 20 ft wooden to aluminum to Super tankers), Oil Spills and Hazmat Release Responses, Hazmat Regulatory Complance and Information & Public Affairs Officer... and the list goes on. For the last 10 years I've been working as a HazMat Inspector for U.S. DOT Fed Railroad Admin. I inspect tank cars, rail cars & trains carrying hazmat and investigate incidents (spills) and train derailments (those are fun)... The biggest involved 30 tank cars on fire (1 Million gallons of Ethanol) and the most recent was a minor derailmnet in Columbus, OH, that made national news with three tank cars burning... All in all a pretty fun job!

Bought my 928 in 1999 when I was 24, loved them since I was 16 and swore to myself then that I was getting one. Now I'm 37 and still have her. Builder and maintainer of trains then, now I just drive them in and out of the shop.
I can get a train up and running, but the car, not so much.

Designer - Mechanical Technologist - Machinist/Toolmaker - Machine Shop supervisor - CAD/CAM applications engineer. My favorite pass time is working on my boat (39' Sea Ray Express)... with two 454....therefore working on the 928 (86.5 5spd) is a breeze.
