Default Test stand for spare engine

i began a old "project" to make a running test stand for my spare 4.7l engine. To see if engine is OK ( as spare for the rally car ) and probably to sell the Webers setup as i do have that already. Those IDF44's with air filters will clear the stock hood , while my IDA48's don't and i needed a air scoop. All parts needed for a swap from K-jetronic to Webers will be on the stand.
Started with mocking up a basic muffler ..... as my neighbors don't like my cars

We do need of course the bellhousing for mounting the starter motor..... so , as common used , engine stand isn't sufficient.

engine to test stand swap done , still radiator support and exhaust tubing to be made ....also the custom Weber manifolds need still to be welded and machined......mount alternator, fuel pump/pressure regulator /filter and ready to run !

almost finished , still to get a belt for the alternator on monday , which i installed due the 2 cooling fans.

Now i wonder what would be a good test for the engine once AFR is dialed in and timing . ( if it runs at all )
Would half a hour running at 2000 rpm ( if the cooling fans can keep up ) be relevant ? Would that reveal a bad head gasket ? Show us oil pressure problems etc ? Just want to know if that spare engine is "good enough" to be mounted in the car in case of need....just swap engines between rallies and not having the stress of urgent repairs.

In the car is a 310 HP , this spare one is a 300 HP ( cam #'s ) , used in a track car , only thing i see is some porting at the inlets. Further no idea what was done to it. A short test on starter motor (some years ago ) showed me good oil pressure and compression , so this setup now.

I bought that car ( a '90 GT ) in 2009 as he sold it and went racing a Mustang in the Belgian Belcar Championship. Think he needed some more HP.....

Now all finished , except the carbs linkage. Shop had RH thread 6 mm rod ends but not with LH thread. Those are on order now....

Ignition installed , vac manifold, fuel system and electricity. Still to swap the AFR gauge/sensor from the C2 when i see it actualy runs.
In the end more work for just a "test stand" then i assumed... isn't it always so ?

PS in the car i use 2 pumps & filters/regulators but for "no load" test running one set will be enough. ( one set is told to be good for 200 HP )
