No sooner did I make those comments about the ole Holbert car being as fast as the fastest Touring cars, did i look at the entries for this weekend's ITE SCCA race . Over 20 ITE cars entered and 52 total in the race.

Then, there i see, the Laguna seca Speed World Challenge Touring car Champion from last season, and the Speed WC touring car record holder for the track. He beat pierre Klinumbing, and Peter Cunningham in that race.
also, for those of you that have one of the video CDs, that crasy 500hp '65 mustang from Arizona will be there too. (he is the current record holder for the ITE class at laguna seca SCCA)

wow, it first looked like a race with my arch rival in the M3 euro 3.2L, now they have all come out of the wood work to run this weekend.

Should be an awesome event. Scotty is running his '82 928 as well.

lets see if the 928 is as good as the SpeedWorld challenge touring cars at 1/5th the price!!!

Race times are (for two individual races):
Saturday at 11:10am
Sunday at 1:45pm

i bet John V , Glen, Stan and the gang paid this guy to see if the Holbert car is as fast as the speed world challenge Touring cars (or close). gee, im already getting scared!!
