The amazing thing is that there are two different part numbers to choose from.
Maybe the more expensive one is the deluxe model?

Gold plated?

You‘re in GB neighborhood, easiest would be his solution if available.

I use the Adapt Motorsport ones, not cheap but based on new technology Bosch units. Swiss based.

My fear is in the old Porsche style units the ethanol could destroy the diaphragm, newer designs are overhaul friendly.

Yes, had those made, for use with a replaceable Bosch regulating insert. (3.0 bar regulator, because most '85/'86 engines LOVE a tiny bit more fuel. 2.5 bar is an option, but seldom chosen.)
And if you ever want to increase the fuel pressure (say for a set of Porken chips), all you need to do is replace the regulator insert.

However, they are not as cheap as the NAPA ones....not even close.

Fuel pressure regulator for '85/'86 plus an assortment of earlier US and Euro engines.
($395.00)

After 10 years of ethanol use, so far so good : no leak from the diaphragm… fingers cross, knocking on wood and , 🍀 !!!
I’ll get one from Greg to make sure of the fuel pressure.
