I have been reading and studying a lot of threads as I prepare to start cleaning my grounds. I have my materials and my method I am going to use. What this post and thread are about is helping to set an order or priority list of the grounding points to be cleaned. I will probably need to get them done in stages, so wondering if there is a good priority list out there that I have not seen yet?
this depends on the year of your car.
BUT first is to procure a can of Deoxit 100 .
then replace the battery ground strap.
the grounds over the CE panel,
grounds at the door pins and one under the POD
Also put the D100 on all the connections on the CE panel,
includes the fuses relays and the connectors across the bottom.
early cars the 2 grounds on the RT cam tower 16V
the 32 V has the grounds at the rear of the V.
the grounds in the front corners of the engine bay.
the grounds in the spare tire well besides the ground strap.
the chassis to engine block ground strap at the right exhaust header area

Thank you Merlin. I am using D5 and G5, followed by S5N on the external stuff. But maybe next time, I'll use the 100. Is it just stronger?
D5 is a rinse spray it leaves a small amount of chemical,
the D100 is full strength and thats what you want ,
I dont use the D5 .
BUT if you have it use it.
its better than nothing,
follow it up with a D100 application
