I actually have a K27-7200 but it's in perfect condition, probably has 1200-miles on it, so no rebuild required.
I bought it brand new but upgraded to a G35R when I was on the quest for more power, so has been sitting in a box in my garage for years.
Not sure what it's worth, but happy to sell it.
