Alan 91 C2

I have bitten down hard on the 928 Bug. seven now. Working on 1979 that had CEP issues. Changed to late 79 panel. Go most of the exterior lights working. But perplexed by the headlight operation. The 79 circuitry, seems way over complicated. Looking to skinny up the logic. anyone reworked this?

I thought there would be some commonality in the electrics over the years, but that is not to be. Seems like each year, or two, rudder right (or left) toss out the old.
