16V 310 HP Euro S Cam 211

I have a euro S 310 hp cam that I ran across while cleaning out some parts. Looks to be in decent shape although the lobes have some discoloration on them. I’m not an expert on cam condition so if you see concerns please chime in. I need to price it but not sure what they are worth these days?
