I can’t seem to locate this part but have been unsuccessful. Can anyone help me out?

Not sure of the porsche part but it looks like the a/c line seporator for older chevy/ford cars and trucks.

Don’t see it on PET maybe it was added as part of some US smog system along with the hose it’s holding?

Hmmm. That line come from the carbon canister. Maybe I’ll just try to refinish the old one.

Here's a good picture of it from my 78. I had removed my pollution control plumbing previously, but this clamp/spacer remained. As you can see, there should be two of them.

those are for the fuel lines. I have those.

I am pretty sure they are the two clamps shown in Ed's picture.
The smog air pipe bracket joins at that point. If yours is an early car they could be a an earlier version of the two clamps.
They certainly hold the two fuel pipes as seen in your picture. Double clamp in two locations.

Here is pic on MY79. Holds air pump hose to canister hose , I just cleaned and painted. Rubber is a bit compromised though. Have no idea of part #
