Yes, that green turbo was driven well, and his times were close to mark anderson. However, it is a big turbo, with a ton o power! by the way, he was on DOT hoosiers , new, but still hoosiers. I would imagine that car to be in the 1:33s on real slicks.
I was behind him for a couple of turns, and I remember coming into turn 11 right behind him and i could hear the turbos spool up as he had nothing but wheel spin coming out of 11 and down the main straight. pretty cool

Now I have ridden with him around Laguna Seca in that car, and he is a smooth and competent driver in a fast car. He wrote the book on solo driving. And he doesn't ***** foot around. It appeared that he might catch Mark toward the halfway point, but all of a sudden he seemed to drop farther and farther behind, or Mark seemed to move farther and farther ahead of him.

Fan - tastic to Mark A!! Also to Mark K and the select group of racers world wide who keep the 928 competitive with newer, techie, high $$ efforts.
Each and every time I fire up the car for a solo country road run, it's as good as the first time: not only is it a legend by design, engineering and execution - it's still today's winner as proved by these guys.
"928 - there is no substitute!"
It feels so good, I'm going for a run ..... in the 928 ....

Congratulations Mark!!! Way to keep the Flag Flying!!!!"
Thanks again for all the support. Racing a 928 has been a bit of an uphill battle but very rewarding thanks to people like you. We are also very lucky to have Kibort as there is nobody more vocal and proud to be racing the 928. As a committed group we can succeed.

Mark thanks for all your support for the 928 community, and for building such a cool first race car too, I am enjoying the attention that it brings!
