Low power on cold Start 1986.5 928S
Hello, I've noticed recently that after I start the car when cold and start driving I sometimes get little power when hitting the gas. Sometimes it is delayed power. After 3-4 minutes, everything is good. Anyone know what the main culprits are? Thanks!

Check that the temp2 sensor is reading engine temperature correctly.
This enables the computers to apply the correct transient enrichment while the motor warms up and that typically takes about 3 minutes.

Thanks Fred. I bought the part from Roger and installed it. Unfortunately it did not do the trick. It is also getting worse, low power longer, maybe because the nights are getting colder. Any other ideas?
When it's cold and I press the gas there is usually a delay and then it lurches forward. When it does I hear a click - I am not sure if that is relevant.

Did you powder coat the water bridge or paint it. The Temp II needs a good ground to the WB.
