SC Install Update
I finished the oil plumbing last night and ran it for about 20 minutes until it warmed up. No oil leaks and the SC got nice and warm. So far so good. I now have 3 belts, one for the PS pump, one for the alternator, and one for the SC.
I have an elbow ane 2 couplers holding me up now. With any luck they'll be in early next week.

I'm not having much luck with these rebuilds. My original failed at BeaveRun last summer, 8 hours from home. I patched it together enough to get me home, it failed again in my driveway the day after I got back. Put in a 'new' rebuilt and it failed immediately. Put in a 'new' replacement and that one lasted about 8 months, until 2 weeks ago. The latest replacement lasted about 25 minutes before it fried. Sheesh.

I'm not having much luck with these rebuilds. My original ........" ....................Have you inspected the front engine wiring harness they often deteriorate insulation falls off and you get cross feeds , shorts and that can fry alternators .

Bill,
Are you using the stock injectors? Have you verified their flow rate at stock pressure and their stock duty cycle? If you plan to use the stck injectors which I understand to be 24#/hr at 43.5psi (a standard pressure for flow rate measure) will you increase the duty cycle and or fuel pressure?
Nice Work!
