As most of you know, the speaker trim rings, both large and small, on our cars are incredibly fragile as you might expect from 30 year old plastic. I am currently in search of two of the small trim rings myself. As for the larger door speaker trim rings, I found an inexpensive solution which might come in handy, especially if you are thinking about replacing the tired old speakers anyway. These

found at Amazon are a near perfect match for for the grills, fit in the openings with out modification to the door or the speaker, are relatively inexpensive and sound pretty good for the price. They won't satisfy the audiophiles among you, but they do a good job filling the holes and look good as well. YMMV

This lock-ring works on the large door speaker on each side, but weirdly, the phillips screws (hidden) appear to screw in at a 30 degree angle (still works and locks tight). With it screwed on, you can then use this $9 black speaker grill+trim-ring piece. It fits loose, so you may want some tape, velcro, or gasket-maker to make a tighter fit, if desired.
