Default Squealing TB New

Replacing my TB and old tensioner with new gates and PorKen tensioner. Replacing old style tensioner. Belt will squeal when giving it throttle I have all other belts off to eliminate those.
I have 4.02 mm for the pin measurement on the PrKen and the roller is spinning for I left off the bottom cover to watch the gears and rollers.
I had changed the WP 1000 miles ago.

So was wondering if anyone out has seen this problem?

Can you isolate where the squeal comes from?

Water pump or tensioner roller are the only smooth surfaces that would slip.
Everything else is a toothed gear and can't slip....

I think I found my problem. I had the washer for the nut on the back of the roller against the bracket instead of on the nut side.(Asleep at the WHEEL)
Will verify after I put it on right.

Back to putting that belt back on!!!
