it's the 1-piece early console units that are very valuable, both with the single clock hole and with the 3 holes (center clock hole). The multi-piece units, like those with the H are not hard to find in good condition and the bottom piece that goes around the square digital clock is about $70 on eBay for used ones. I almost bought a spare yesterday to cut up as part of a double din face with single din deck stereo project I was considering, but found a single DIN unit I liked better instead.

These are the valuable ones and why I made sure to find a stereo for my Spyder that fit within the frame where it didn't have to be cut. Wrapped it in CF vynyl, but easily removed to make it original again.

Hey, what do I know? I’m just a noobie here, with a sense of humour. It just seems exaggerated, but if that is where prices are at now, maybe I should part out my car.
