It’s so easy to be smarter than the team of Porsche engineers
The factory design is so simple and obviously is made to swivel with the weissach axle. Not sure how the paid mechanics(!) ended up with this mess.

I knew the arms were upside down. Embarrassingly, I was just going to turn them over for now after the 4-wheel brake job because I wanted to drive it. (Because: supercharged!)
The bushings were the last straw, though. That, and the fact the inner nut did not have enough threads to tighten properly due to the extra washers (third pic above). Now waiting on undented arms.
Pic reminds me I also need to remove the unnecessary clamps on the sway bars.
Reason for the brake upgrade is after only barely keeping out ahead of a big snouted 2021 M4 through many miles of curves the brakes started to fade. I could stay away in the straights with the supercharger (>400 at the wheel?) but could not carry into the corners. (I knew the course but that SOB had 473 or 503 HP, stability control, and surely had gigantic carbon-ceramic brakes. )
Fronts were ~70% EBC Redstuff (ceramic) with ~80% Pagid rears on new Zimmerman rotors. Now EBC Yellowstuff and SS braided hoses all round.
In my limited experience, yellows are pretty dusty and give a certain squishy feeling past a certain pedal pressure but stop amazingly well and never fade. I hope they will preclude upgrading to GTS or larger brakes.
