WOW thats some nice PC work
NOTE on the that water bridge ,
make sure to remove the coating under the anchor bolts and the sender surfaces,
so the unit will be grounded, otherwise the temp 2 sensor can give false readings, same for the pod temp sensor,
good luck on your refresh !

To be a bit pedantic ('cuz that's what I do), "HEMI" is a trademarked marketing term.
The M28 motors don't have truly hemispherical heads, as noted above.
But they do have some similarities, both appearance & technical.

The theoretical shape of a true hemi chamber is that the plug is in the centre of the FLAT face of the chamber, so that its equidistant from all the other surfaces, giving even flame front everywhere. Almost impossible, especially with more than 2 valves/cyl. Chambers like Jags and modern hemis are more like crescents in section, so plug is close to crown of piston, distant from the edges of the bore. Heron heads come closer - Rover 2000, late Ford Cortinas.
Compare the Rover F-head layout - bit complex, heavy etc

With the RR version

Basically a slightly modified side valve block. The Rover was much more efficient - truly has a plug in centre of the flat face, euqidistant to all chamber surfaces, and still has a very good squish area.
