Default Sealing washers on front brakes

87s4 with big reds

ive seen and heard two things.

#1. 1 sealing ring between the banjo bolt and the fitting as illustrated

#2. 2 sealing rings...1 between the banjo bolt and the fitting.....and....the fitting and the caliper block.

the WSM shows 1 sealing ring in the image yet describes 2 needed in the text?

Is that one on each side L and R....or ...2 on each side for total of 4.

part #14

I'm pretty sure there's a "Delete entire thread" button for moments like this.....

I do believe that button is only accessible to the moderators.

However, I'd rather see this one stay. It will drift down the page, then back and back.

It will be available for someone searching. The title is very clear, and anyone looking to find out how many sealing washers on the brakes will easily find it.

This sort of archive is what this place excells at.
