Try this: 2469049564

My ebay name is eschutz13 so all parts will be listed under that seller name.

Sorry about your loss. I feel sad to see another shark in that condition. Its even more depressing to see that brand new transmission still in the crate in the garage that you were never able to install it. Then again it probably just doubled in value since its still in the crate.

I managed to get one of 928 International's new transmissions instead of buying a rebuilt unit or rebuilding my own. I just needed a new valve body, but it seemed silly to not replace the tranny once it was out. I was told that new auto trannies are about $15K, at least for the 85-86 models.

Beth may have one of the last available new transmissions available for less than the full price. Someone ought to jump on this before it's gone.....

You know what's REALLY weird? Check this out, the center console popped up and out. And the shifter is askew and the button doesn't go in and out on the shift **** anymore.

No biggie, the pin inside releases the shifter by pushing down on it. just fix the centre console down and it should all work again

Beth,

Is that a grape sitting on the driver's seat in that last picture?

no - it's a leaf. There are plenty of them EVERYWHERE. And twigs, and more leaves and sticks and dirt and wood chips and more leaves . . . .

Had this happen with my EX girlfriend. I let her take my Ferrari 308 down to the shore for one weekend and she tried to fit a Ferrari in the tailpipe of a Durango. Laws of Physics apply hear.....didn't fit.

$17,000 in damage to the car and insurance only paid 1/2. Had to sell my 86 944 turbo to get the rest of the money to fix the car.

Then I sold the car on ebay

Well, we know who is riding shotgun on SITP this year.

Sorry to hear about the loss, but in perspective the metal is replaceable, the human stuff is not.
