Painted Wheel Caps
When I lost my hard drive, by my stupidy, I slowly lost my bookmarks. As a result, I no longer have the web address or e-mail address of the person that paints the crests on the wheel caps. Can someone help?

I did mine just the way Tony describes, they look great, it took 30 minutes and it cost $8.00.
