It's been a while since I posted any progress reports regarding the 928 diecast petition I started some months ago.

Who knows if it will do any good or not, what we can say for sure is that if we do nothing that's probably what we'll get. Nothing.

Signature Recap as of 03/19/2004:

928 GTS = 55.01 signatures
928 GT = 22.96 signatures
928S4 = 60.68 signatures
928 S = 48.15 signatures
928 = 23.4 signatures
Didn't specify model or specified "Euro" = 10.5 signatures

The first comment/question will surely be: How do you get decimal points when you're asking for a signature and the recap is not published as a percentage?

Answer: If someone entered GTS, GT/S4, S and 928, each choice was assigned a value of .2. If someone entered GTS and S, each choice was assigned a value of .5. You get the idea.

I'd like to get at least 300 names on the petition b/f I start peppering distributors/manufacturers with the request.

Caught that one did ya Chuck? I had to do it maybe not Pink, but a purple Metallic would be cool. Definately have to add some supercharged/turbocharged diecasts to the lot, with as many people adding boost to 928s.
