So I drove my car to work today and like every other day it runs flawlessly. Today I got back from being out in the field working and there is a puddle under the PSD drain tube. Start the car and Differential control off message comes up. Thoughts on why it would puke. Guessing a hose let go. Had flushed it 5 years ago and all was good. I know, I know. I'll put it on the lift tomorrow and see what the hell is going on but just wanted some thoughts.

PSD pump quit running. Accumulator dumped, filled reservoir, and puked out excess.
Thanks Greg. So the fix for that is a rebuilt unit from Roger I am guessing.
Jeff,
Before you do anything drastic, check/establish that the pump is getting power as it should- as I recall there is a relay in the rear hatch by the side of the spare tyre well that you can check/eliminate from your enquiries. You cna also test the pump operation with a direct power supply as in the process of flushing the fluid [as one should do every two or three years].
First thing to check:
Turn on key and see if you can hear the electric pump run, just behind the driver's rear tire. It's not very loud...but definite small electric motor noise.
