Default Linen Grey

I about to buy the paint to respray my silver 81
I just ran across Linen Grey ( code 55) It's a very rare color. It was offered in 1989 on 928's.

Any pics?

Just sold mine to a fellow rennlister at a huge friends/family discount. Its still in my garage and I haven't cashed the check! LOL. But, i'm making room for a GT I bought recently.
I have not seen another 928 with this color (with blue interior) yet. I'm sure they are out there though.

I realize this is probably sacrilege, but my favorite silver is an old Corvette color, steel cities grey metallic.
i painted a 66 Mustang GT fastback that color.
Seems to really highlight well.

You know, with the green from the trees reflecting off of the silver, that is one very nice looking paint job. No arguments here...

different lighting; the bright silver of those wheels really reveal a very very subtle gold tint.
