Default AC O-ring location diagram

I know i have seen it here somewhere and no luck searching yet There was a great diagram the indicating where all the O rings go in Rogers AC oring kits shown below.


these Orings were in the empty bag to the left.

im replacing the ones in the front expansion valve.

Hi side at the front expansion valve is 999 707 247 40, low side is 999 707 251 40.

Just eyeballing i get this in relation to the fitment in the exp valve. ...4 Orings...one pair are the same( 999 707 251 40)

Tony,

As deduced, the expansion valve has three different sizes- the low pressure line is the same size both sides as there is no pressure drop across the valve so the nominal line size is the same both sides. This is part No 251-40 and that is a 14 x 2 ring.

The HP inlet, being liquid phase, is the smallest size, part No 247 40 and is a 7.5 x 2

The HP outlet has a changed part number. Originally it was 250 40 - for whatever reason the part number changed to 999 707 434 41 and the size is 10.6 x 2
