rear quarter window flat trim not fitting into new seal
I bought new OEM seals and seams on both windows that the straight upper trim piece is longer than the groove for the trim lip in the seal.
Both curved pieces installed fine with a 1/16 or so of spare seal groove.
Both bottoms look to be short enough to where pushing hard against the end of the groove on the end I start will not allow the opposite end enough space to sit into the groove.
Is this a common issue? Do I trim a tad of the end of the trim?

You have to remove the glass and seal from the car.
Ad the seal to the glass.
Insert the trim.
Install it following the instructions on video from Dean F.

Thanks for the reply.
Windows are out of car, installed into the new seal and issues were encountered while installing the straight trim into the window seal before installation into the car.
I went ahead and trimmed 1/8 off one end and they are now installed and fully seated in the seal end to end.
Next challenge is to get them installed onto the car.
