Default Needed 4.5L main bearings

Hello,
I am in need of a standard set of main bearings. I asked around and have been unable to locate them. Are they available? Anybody have a set?

Thanks,
Bob

I may have a set or a partial. There are two types for the 4.5. In one type the front(?) is split, in the other is is a single part. I got the wrong one and had to re-purchase. I don't remember if I was able to buy just the one or had to get the whole set. Do you know which type you need?

If it has a one piece front main, you can use a set from a 944....944 101 901 00. About $250.

If it has a two piece front main....you need to do a little bit of work to convert the engine for the one piece bearing and then use the same main bearing set.
Alternatively, when I don't want to do the conversion process, I buy two sets of 944 101 901 00 and use one of the three sets of split bearings, for the front....gives me three engine's worth of the front main bearing.

You can order all the parts individually if you have bearing One divided. I do have sets of these 0.25mm under.
944 101 901 00 I have in stock for $199.

I think there was a guy in New Zealand selling a set recently but I can't seem to find any reference to it at the moment.
Will let you know if the add re-appears.

Karl, if you have a set or partial set, let me know
Thanks,
