What does he mean, won't fit phone dials? Aren't those a standard 60mm center cap? Anyway, seems like a good price. However, if you are in the market for center caps I highly recommend you stop by Boothe Designs and at least take a look. I picked up a set of locking billet aluminum center caps from him and they are gorgeous.

Sharkskin he means they do not fit early 911 phone dials .....Yes the 911 had their own phone dial wheels more common in Europe than the U S . The forged Fuchs were an option for 911s for many years .

Those clips on the back concern me.

May be for later wheels and not flat disks or our phone dials?

The clips work fine . The finish is grey plastic similar to the factory painted rims BUT not like the anodized flat S wheels .

The center caps are made of a very strong but lightweight polymer, not metal, which helps in saving a few additional grams of unsprung weight and ensures maximum durability of the caps and the silver paint finish.
