Oil pan out now what questions?

Look at all the oil pan bolts very carefully. We use an oil pan template made of cardboard with the oil pan traced (using a sharpie pen). As we remove each bolt we insert it in the corresponding hole on the cardboard template. The reason being, we've found there are 3 different lengths: Four short bolts for the left & right sides (indented); Four (slightly longer) bolts for the front of the oil pan (because the clearance is limited between the block lip and the underside so it's easier to install them); and the remaining bolts are the longest with no particular placement. I'm not sure if the four slightly longer bolts at the front of the engine are STOCK or not, but when we noticed they were a little longer than some and little shorter others it made sense where they went... the front of the pan / under the harmonic balancer...
My .02 cents for what it's worth.

the two bolts that are 28mm are for the 5 speed cars ,
these are for the metal bracket for the slave cylinder line.
you really need to just be sure you get the 5 short bolts separated out from the other mid sized bolts as well as the two long bolts if you have a 5 speed,
and then you could delete this plate as you should add a Greg Brown flex line for the slave, this will replace the short hard line and flex hose
