Default Attention Jager interior kit owners (high end headunits available)

I recently aquired 4 Rockford Fosgate 8250ti Headunits. They are the perfect match to the Jager metal trim kits. The feature solid aluminum face, buttons, and volume ****. The face is brushed aluminum, and the ***** and buttons are titanium (champagne) colored. This is the piece you have all been waiting for to finish your interior. Not only will it look good, but it sounds great. This unit was designed my Denon, its actualy essentialy a Denon A1N, with a new face. The only differnce is the Rockford does not have changer control. It has a dual 20bit DAC section, digital coaxial auxiler input for any digital source, an analog input for your mp3 player, and great tuner and cd transport. It has nice solid copper oxygen free rca inputs and outputs. It also has balanced out, if you want the ultimate in sound quality. It has a copper plated chassis for noise rejection. The unit has no internal amplification, so power amps are required. This unit has retailed as high as $1800, and sound domain currently listes them at $350. I am selling them brand new in the box for $300 plus shipping. If you are looking for a match for your jager kit, an awsome cd player, or an mp3 solution(auxilery input coupled to an ipod) that looks great, and has a **** for volume this is it.
I can be reached by PM or at hans14914@yahoo.com
Thanks
Hans

Can you please list the serial #s for the units. This way they can be verified that they are not stolen.

Do you know if this is a "Flush" fit to a dash, or does it stick out with an additional plastic surround?

No, they aren't stolen. I bought them from a rockford authorized wholesaler. They are dumping a lot of their old stock to boost the numbers for their year end report. There is a link to the manual in the original post. Since it is a japonese unit, it uses iso mounting instead of din mounting. I have not tried it in my 928, but i did have to make a bracket for my audi s4. I am sure that there is a kit at your local bestbuy or car audio place to convert the iso to din. i believe the exact dimensions are included in the manual. I have 3 left now.
Thanks

here is a pic of the red/orange illumination, the other color is the generic green of all stereos. Very BMW colored.

This unit has the silver *****, but i am selling the ones with the champagne *****.
Thanks

" No, they aren't stolen "

I never said they were.

BUT without a serial number check how can I be sure that I'm not geting a "hot" item?

This is nothing personal.

I am at the office, so if you really need a serial number i can get it off the package when i get home. Is there a site where you can lookup serial numbers to see if they are stolen? I would be interested in knowing about it, because i have a mcintosh deck of questionable origin. It was purchased at a pawnshop, so you never know.
Thanks

They still have the factory 1 year warranty. I understand that it will be honored by a replacement. There is a lot of information available on the carsound.com car audio forum.

Ok, I got two more. I need to sell them soon, so the rennlist price is $305 shipped anywhere in the continental US. They look awsome, and are well worth the money. Heck the dealer cost on these as of a month ago was $1300. As per previous requests, more pictures are available, and if you want, i can send you the serial number. These are brand new in the box, never opened, a-stock. They come with warrantee, and everything they should. They are a very nice solution for mp3 as they have an analog input for an ipod or any other source. Lastly, these are din units, so you will need to got to bestbuy, or a stereo shop and get the adapter. The cost here was about $10, so not a major investment.
Thanks

Oh yeah, one last thing, the tacky "Rockford Fosgate" logo comes off with non-acetone based finger nail polish remover and a q-tip. Takes about 2 minutes, and leaves no trace. These are denon decks, why leave an RF logo on them. They look much better without.

It is a fixed, solid face. No jimcracks or googahs, this is a highend player for the adult music lover. It sounds and looks so good, i kept 4 of them for myself. It doesnt light up, or move, but it sounds so good. Another thing to note. It does not have bass boost, or a sub output. It is desinged to play music well, the way it was intened to be heard. This unit was denons flagship for about 2 years. It is follows in the footsteps of the denon 1000r, and is the same as a denon a1n internaly, but has the changer control plug removed, and has the Rockford style balanced connector versus the denon connector. Look up the price of the denon a1n. I bet you can find it new for less than $1200. If you have anymore questions, email me at hans14914@yahoo.com, as i will check it more often than rennlist.
Thanks
Hans

One thing i would like to note is the build quality on this unit is stellar. I will try to post some more pics tonight. The rca connectors on this are unbelievable, and the leads are oxygen free copper. It is on par with my old Mcintosh as far as build quality and sound.
