Replacement Keys Using a Photo?
I can't seem to find the info on the company that does this?
I should really add that to the FAQ sticky - thought it was already there.
Thanks for the assist!

I had a set of two of the same keys made for my 79 it cost 164.00 US dollars ,
made from a picture,
the keys worked perfectly.
Keys for classics expensive but worth it.
NOTE dont post pictures of the keys for your car,
someone else might like the key as much as you do.

The fact that they are cut to match the exact key you are using as opposed to the key that matches the VIN is a big plus.
I have been using keys4classics for about 12 years with zero issues. Every key made fitted and worked.

I am thinking of doing this. Can they do all Porsche Keys, or just some? Wondering on limitations.
There was a flyer being passed around at Frenzy. Where did I leave it?

He cuts keys for many different cars, I would expect other Porsches from same time frame no issue. You can check his website for more info.
I have had Stewart cut keys for all 4 of my 928s. I ordered just the blades then key heads from Sonnen so I have 2 "original" keys for each car. Also ordered the black spare, which looks like red key. No issues with any and the 87 key was really worn down.

I remember seeing Mark A.'s son cutting new 928 keys at Sharktoberfest a few years ago, there. I am not sure what the extent might be of their service, but could be worth learning.

928S euro spare key by keys4classics
I also sent a photo of my key ( since I changed my ignition keylock by one of a S4 and I only had 1 key)
to keys4classics.
I paid about $100 for the hardened key material (As original Porsche key)
It worked like a charm !
I also re-keyed the barrels of all my locks , so door-, ignition-, trunk- and fuelcaplock can be used by 1 key.
At the same time I also installed an aftermarket remote central locking system ($50) which is really practical and also
safe since code is rendered every second.

Hey Randy, If you are headed north to Sharktoberfest and have a working key, they can cut a duplicate for you at 928 International while you are there.

My car only came with one master key. Per the manual Its the only one which will deactivate the annoying alarm. Will they keys for classics version also deactivate the alarm as well?
